VEGETABLES CURRY

FEEL LIKE HAVING SOME FRESH CURRY VEGETABLES? WELL YOU´LL NEED
THESE CUANTITIES ARE FOR  2:
1 MEDIUM BROCOLI CUT IN LITTLE BOUQUETS,1 BIG CARROT CUT IN LITTLE PIECES.1 RED PEPPER CUT ALSO IN LITTLE PIECES, 1 MINCEDMEDIUM ONION.1/2 TSP CURRY POWDER,SALT AND EXTRA VIRGEN OLIVE OIL
IN A WOK OR A LARGE PAN PUT SOME OLIVE OIL AND THROW IN THE ONION A FEW MINUTES THEN ADD THE RED PEPPER ANOTHER MINUTES THENADD THE CARROT AND THEN THE BROCOLI,AFTER A FEW MINUTES ADD 1/2 TPS CURRY POWDER AND 1/2 GLASS OF WATER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES( ILIKE MY VEGETABLES CRUNCHY) VERY SIMPLE RECIPE BUT VERY HEALTHY.

NICE AFTERNOON




HI EVERYONE,LAST SUNDAY I HAD A VERY NICE AFTERNOON WITH MY FRIEND,
WE WENT TO A PLACE CALLED "PORTIXOL" NEAR THE SEA.IT WAS A FISHERMEN
NEIGHBOURHOOD,NOW ALL THE HOUSES HAVE BEEN RENEWED,THERE ARE PLENTY OF LITTLE CAFÉS AND RESTAURANTS,THERE IS A NICE PROMENADE WALK AND A LOT OF PEOPLE COME HERE SPECIALLY WHEN THE WEATHER IS NICE WHICH IS MOST OF THE YEAR AROUND HERE.WE WENT TO A PASTRY COFFEE SHOP AND HAD A BIG PIECE OF CARROT CAKE AND AN ICED TEA AND I BOUGHT A DELICIOUS BREAD I´LL SHOW YOU ANOTHER DAY.I TOOK A LOT OF PICTURES AND HAD A GOOD CHAT WITH MY FRIEND
SO AS I SAID IT WAS A VERY NICE AFTERNOON.

PORK STEW WITH SAFFRON RICE

HI EVERYBODY,YESTERDAY I MADE THIS DISH WHICH CAME OUT REALLY TASTY
SO HERE´S THE RECIPE ;
1 POUND OF PORK FILLET CUT IN LITTLE PIECES
1 ONION CHOPPED
1 RED PEPPER CHOPPED
1 MEAT STOCKCUBE
1TSP CUMIN POWDER
1TSP MILD CURRY POWDER
A DASH OF BLACK PEPPER
1TBSP OF MY TOMATO MIXTURE
EXTRA VIRGEN OLIVE OIL
FOR THE RICE:
YOU CAN USE ANY RICE YOU LIKE,1 CUP RICE AND 2 CUPS WATER
1TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TSP SALT
A LITTLE BIT OF SAFFRON
IN A LITTLE CASSEROLE PUT 2 CUPS OF WATER ,1TBSP OIL,THE SALT AND THE SAFFRON AND BRING TO A BOIL,THEN PUT THE RICE BRING DOWN THE FIRE TO MINIMUM AND COOK IT FOR 15 TO 18 MINUTES ,TURN IT OFF AND JUST LET IT REST.
MEANWHILE IN A BIG CASSEROLE (I USED MY WOK) PUT 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL,THROW IN
 THE CHOPPED ONION AND LET IT COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN ADD THE MEAT,
AFTER A FEW MINUTES ADD THE RED PEPPER AND COOK THE WHOLE THING FOR A LITTLE WHILE, WHEN YOU SEE THE MEAT IS NOT RED ANYMORE,YOU START ADDING THE SPICES AND THE STOCKCUBE,ADD AN ALMOST FULL CUP OF WATER,BRING THE FIRE DOWN AND LET IT SIMMER UNTIL THE SAUCE HAS THICKENED.
TO SERVE YOU PUT FIRST THE RICE IN THE PLATE THEN ON TOP YOU ADD THE MEAT.YOU CAN ADD SOME PARSLEY ON TOP TO DECORATE BUT I HATE IT SO NOT ON MINE.HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.

CAPPUCCINO CAFE



TODAY I HAD LUNCH WITH MY BROTHER AND WE WENT TO A CAFÉ RESTAURANT CALLED CAPPUCCINO.I HAD A "PAMBOLI" WHICH IS TOASTED BREAD WITH TOMATO
"MANCHEGO" CHEESE,SPANISH HAM,OLIVES AND HALF TOMATO,IT´S NOT REALLY THE
REAL WAY TO SERVE THE PAMBOLI NEXT TIME I´LL SHOW YOU WHAT´S THE REAL THING.MY BROTHER HAD A SALAD WITH LETTUCE,FETA CHEESE,OLIVES CHERRIES TOMATOES.GREEN AND RED PEPER.I WISH EVERY ONE A NICE WEEKEND.
