PINK CUPCAKE WITH HELLO KITTY TOPPER
HELLO EVERYBODY,YESTERDAY I MADE THESE CUPCAKES FOR A LITTLE GIRL´S BIRTHDAY.SHE LOVES PINK AND HELLO KITTY SO I DECIDED TO MAKE AGAIN THE PINK CUPCAKES( THE RECIPE IS ON THE BLOG BUT I DON´T KNOW HOW TO PUT THE LINK).IT HAS A BUTTERCREAM PINK FROSTING DECORATED WITH PINK SUGAR,HEART SPRINKLES ,A SUGAR HEART IN THE MIDDLE AND A HELLO KITTY TOPPER.THEY CALL ME THIS MORNING TO TELL ME THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND THEY ATE ALL OF THEM!!!! THAT MEANS I´M IMPROVING BECAUSE I STARTED NOT VERY LONG AGO BAKING SO I´M QUITE PROUD OF MYSELF.HAVE A GOOD DAY.

PUFF MINI "PALMIERS" WITH BLACK OLIVES AND ANCHOVIES
HELLO EVERYBODY,TODAY´S RECIPE IS AN APPETIZER VERY EASY TO MAKE,I DON´T KNOW WHAT ´S THE NAME IN ENGLISH,IN FRENCH THEY CALL THEM "PALMIERS" VERY TIPICAL IN FRANCE .YOU CAN MAKE THEM AS WELL WITH SUGAR OR CHOCOLATE.TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED:
1 READY MAKE PUFF PASTRY DOUGH
200 GRMS BLACK OLIVES(I buy mine at the market,they are marinated with garlic, olive oil and bay leaves)
1 LITTLE TIN OF ANCHOVIES
UNROLL THE PUFF DOUGH
OPEN THE OLIVES AND TAKE THE BONE OUT AND CHOP THEM
CHOP THE ANCHOVIES AND MIX WITH THE OLIVES
PUT THE OLIVES AND ANCHOVIES ALL OVER THE DOUGH AND START ROLLING THE DOUGH ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL YOU GET TO THE MIDDLE ,PUT IT IN A FILM AND IN THE FREEZER FOR 15 MINUTES.
THEN CUT SLICES AROUND 1 CENTIMETRE MORE OR LESS AND BAKE TO 350º FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES.
YOU CAN FREEZE THEM BAKED OR UNBAKED.

MINI " CROISSANTS" STUFFED WITH FETA GREEK CHEESE
HELLO EVERYBODY,TODAY I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU A LITTLE RECIPE VERY EASY TO MAKE,YOU CAN SERVE THESE LITTLE "CROISSANTS" AS AN APPETIZER AND YOU CAN STUFF THEM WITH ANYTHING YOU LIKE,IN THESE I PUT FETA CHEESE:
TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED:
1 READY PUFF DOUGH
250 GRMS FETA GREEK CHEESE
2 EGGS
1TSP OF HERBS( ANY KIND YOU LIKE,I USED A MIX OF PROVENCE HERBS)
1 PINCH OF PAPRIKA
NO SALT BECAUSE THE FETA IS ALREADY VERY SALTY
IN A BOWL MASH THE CHEESE AND ADD 1 BEATEN EGG,AND MIX,ADD THE HERBS AND THE PAPRIKA AND MIX AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET A SOFT PASTE
UNROLL THE PUFF DOUGH AND WITH A SHARP KNIFE CUT IN 2 AND AGAIN IN 2 YOU´LL HAVE 4 PIECES,NOW YOU CUT EACH PIECE IN 3 ,YOU PUT A TSP FULL JUST AT THE BEGINING(THE LARGE PART) AND YOU ROLL UNTIL YOU GET TO THE END ,PRESS ON THE SIDE TO CLOSE IT SO THE CHEESE WON´T ESCAPE.BEAT THE REMAINING EGG AND WITH A BRUSH PUT SOME ON EACH CROISSANT.
AT THAT POINT YOU CAN FREEZE THEM,OR STORE THEM IN THE FRIDGE IF YOU´RE GOING TO BAKE THEM THE SAME DAY.
PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 350º AND BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THE OVEN,I DIDN´T PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIME I WAS JUST CHECKING UNTIL THEY GOT A GOLDEN COLOR,BUT YOU CAN ALSO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK.

HELLO EVERYONE,SUNDAY I WENT TO A COUNTRY FAIR IN THE LITTLE VILLAGE OF CALVIA,IT WAS CROWDED, IT LOOKED LIKE WHO WASN´T ON THE BEACH WAS THERE!!
