VEGETABLES CURRY

FEEL LIKE HAVING SOME FRESH CURRY VEGETABLES? WELL YOU´LL NEED
THESE CUANTITIES ARE FOR  2:
1 MEDIUM BROCOLI CUT IN LITTLE BOUQUETS,1 BIG CARROT CUT IN LITTLE PIECES.1 RED PEPPER CUT ALSO IN LITTLE PIECES, 1 MINCEDMEDIUM ONION.1/2 TSP CURRY POWDER,SALT AND EXTRA VIRGEN OLIVE OIL
IN A WOK OR A LARGE PAN PUT SOME OLIVE OIL AND THROW IN THE ONION A FEW MINUTES THEN ADD THE RED PEPPER ANOTHER MINUTES THENADD THE CARROT AND THEN THE BROCOLI,AFTER A FEW MINUTES ADD 1/2 TPS CURRY POWDER AND 1/2 GLASS OF WATER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES( ILIKE MY VEGETABLES CRUNCHY) VERY SIMPLE RECIPE BUT VERY HEALTHY.
