HELLO EVERYBODY, I MADE THESE CUPCAKES FOR MY LITTLE STUDENT´S BIRTHDAY
FOR THE CUPCAKES:
2EGGS
125GRMS SUGAR
125GRMS UNSALTED BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
125 GRMS FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
RED CLOR
BEAT THE SUGAR WITH THE BUTTER UNTIL IT GETS CREAMY,ADD THE EGGS ONE BY ONE,ADD THE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER(SIFTED)REMOVE BETWEEN EACH ADDING,ADD THE VANILLA AND THE COLOR YOU WISH.FILL UP THE CUPCAKES LINERS AT 2/3 AND BAKE FOR 18 MINUTES AT 355º.CHECK WITH A TOOTHPICK IF THEY ARE DONE.
FOR THE FROSTING
220GRMS UNSALTED BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
1TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
2TBSP WATER OR MILK
455GRMS POWDERED SUGAR
1TBSP MERINGUE POWDER
1 PINCH OF SALT
COLOR IF DESIRED
THIS IS FOR A FIRM CONSISTENCY ,IF YOU WANT A MEDIUM CONSISTENCY ADD 2 TSP OF WATER OR MILK
BEAT THE BUTTER,ADD THE WATER OR THE MILK,KEEP BEATING,ADD THE VANILLA AND SUGAR ALREADY MIXED WITH THE MERINGUE POWDER AND THE PINCH OF SALT,ADD THE SUGAR LITTLE BY LITTLE UNTIL ALL IS MIXED,THAT QUANTITY IS FOR AT LEAST 24 CUPCAKES.
