PUFF MINI "PALMIERS" WITH BLACK OLIVES AND ANCHOVIES

HELLO EVERYBODY,TODAY´S RECIPE IS AN APPETIZER VERY EASY TO MAKE,I DON´T KNOW WHAT ´S THE NAME IN ENGLISH,IN FRENCH THEY CALL THEM "PALMIERS" VERY TIPICAL IN FRANCE .YOU CAN MAKE THEM AS WELL WITH SUGAR OR CHOCOLATE.TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED:
1 READY MAKE PUFF PASTRY DOUGH
200 GRMS BLACK OLIVES(I buy mine  at the market,they are marinated with garlic, olive oil and bay leaves)
1  LITTLE TIN OF ANCHOVIES
UNROLL THE PUFF DOUGH
OPEN THE OLIVES AND TAKE THE BONE OUT AND CHOP THEM
CHOP THE ANCHOVIES AND MIX WITH THE OLIVES
PUT THE OLIVES AND ANCHOVIES ALL OVER THE DOUGH AND START ROLLING THE DOUGH ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL YOU GET TO THE MIDDLE ,PUT IT IN A FILM AND IN THE FREEZER FOR 15 MINUTES.
THEN CUT SLICES  AROUND 1 CENTIMETRE MORE OR LESS AND BAKE  TO 350º FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES.
YOU CAN FREEZE THEM BAKED OR UNBAKED.
