MINI " CROISSANTS" STUFFED WITH FETA GREEK CHEESE

HELLO EVERYBODY,TODAY I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU A LITTLE RECIPE VERY EASY TO MAKE,YOU CAN SERVE THESE LITTLE "CROISSANTS" AS AN APPETIZER AND YOU CAN STUFF THEM WITH ANYTHING YOU LIKE,IN THESE I PUT FETA CHEESE:
TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED:
1 READY PUFF DOUGH
250 GRMS FETA GREEK CHEESE
2 EGGS
1TSP OF HERBS( ANY KIND YOU LIKE,I USED A MIX OF PROVENCE HERBS)
1 PINCH OF PAPRIKA
NO SALT BECAUSE THE FETA IS ALREADY VERY SALTY
IN A BOWL MASH THE CHEESE AND ADD 1 BEATEN EGG,AND MIX,ADD THE HERBS AND THE PAPRIKA AND MIX AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET A SOFT PASTE
UNROLL THE PUFF DOUGH AND WITH A SHARP KNIFE CUT IN 2 AND AGAIN IN 2 YOU´LL HAVE 4 PIECES,NOW YOU CUT EACH PIECE IN 3 ,YOU PUT A TSP FULL JUST AT THE BEGINING(THE LARGE PART) AND YOU ROLL UNTIL YOU GET TO THE END ,PRESS ON THE SIDE TO CLOSE IT SO THE CHEESE WON´T ESCAPE.BEAT THE REMAINING EGG AND WITH A BRUSH PUT SOME ON EACH CROISSANT.
AT THAT POINT YOU CAN FREEZE THEM,OR STORE THEM IN THE FRIDGE IF YOU´RE GOING TO BAKE THEM THE SAME DAY.
PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 350º AND BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THE OVEN,I DIDN´T PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIME I WAS JUST CHECKING UNTIL THEY GOT A GOLDEN COLOR,BUT YOU CAN ALSO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK.

HAM AND CHEESE
CHORIZO
SMOKED SALMON
ROQUEFORT CHEESE AND WALNUTS
BLACK OLIVES AND ANCHOVIES
TOMATO PASTE AND TUNA FISH
ROAST CHICKEN AND BECHAMEL SAUCE
MUSHROOMS AND BECHAMEL SAUCE
JUST LET YOUR IMAGINATION GO AND ENJOY.
